Recognized five times by Lawdragon as a leading antitrust litigator, Tiffany Lipscomb-Jackson brings nearly two decades of experience defending companies in the petroleum, pharmaceutical, and agricultural industries. She has a distinguished track record in complex, multijurisdictional actions alleging bid-rigging, price-fixing, and illegal monopolization, including so-called "product hop" claims based on the purported misuse of intellectual property rights or regulatory processes.
Clients entrust Tiffany with their most critical litigation, including high-stakes class actions based on novel legal theories. Her representative work includes defending a major manufacturer against untested tying and monopolization claims, representing National Beef in class litigation involving its cattle procurement practices, defending Indivior against competition-based RICO claims, and winning summary judgment for Marathon in a Sherman Act Section 1-2 case (which included the exclusion of the plaintiff's expert), as well as for another large company on Lanham Act claims.
Tiffany maintains a robust pro bono practice, successfully representing immigrants in federal immigration and appellate courts. She also serves as a board member for Lawyers Without Borders, demonstrating her commitment to global rule of law initiatives.
