John Milesi focuses his practice on the formation, structuring, and management of investment funds, including venture capital and private equity. John also represents institutional investors such as sovereign investors, pension funds, and secondary buyers throughout the investment process, including co-investments, secondaries, separately managed accounts, and direct investments. Additionally, John has experience in mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.

Prior to law school, John was a consultant providing revenue cycle, contract, and business operational analysis to hospitals and health systems.
