Nils Mutschall focuses on international litigation and arbitration matters, particularly in the areas of general trade disputes, post-M&A disputes, product liability, and commercial tenancy law. He also has in-depth knowledge in ESG (environmental, social, and governance), product compliance law, and valuable experience in medical device legislation.
Before joining Jones Day in 2023, Nils worked for more than four years at an international law firm as a legal and research assistant, where he gained significant experience in dispute resolution matters. Prior to that, Nils worked in a German law firm in the areas of litigation, insolvency, and corporate law. During his legal clerkship, he served as spokesman for the legal clerks at Frankfurt Regional Court.
