Sean Murphy has experience helping clients navigate complex litigation in state and federal courts. He represents public and private companies in a variety of matters, ranging from commercial disputes to government investigations.
Sean also focuses his practice on conducting internal investigations and developing effective compliance programs for clients around the world. He has advised companies facing potential antitrust and anticorruption violations in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
Sean maintains an active pro bono practice, representing survivors of human trafficking seeking vacatur relief of their criminal records, incarcerated individuals alleging civil rights violations, and refugees seeking asylum in the United States.
