Carolina Naranjo focuses on corporate contracts and M&A. She has advised private companies and funds, both national and international, in various commercial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and investments. She also has experience in commercial and financial restructurings and due diligence.
In addition, Carolina has been very active in the renewable energy sector and has advised developers and investors in the sale and purchase of photovoltaic and wind projects as well as in the negotiation and formalization of EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) and O&M (operations and maintenance) contracts.
