Eduardo has experience in M&A, joint ventures, strategic alliances, corporate restructurings, and due diligence processes. He also participates in the progression of complex multijurisdictional agreements, corporate documents, and filings before Spanish public authorities.
Eduardo acts for clients in various industry sectors, including banking, energy, life sciences, and real estate, and coordinates multijurisdictional transactions and legal teams across many countries. He also has experience in private equity and venture capital transactions, corporate compliance, investigations, and white collar crime.
