Josh Pittman focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters, including antitrust actions brought by civil plaintiffs and governmental investigations.

Josh is currently defending an equipment manufacturer in a multidistrict litigation involving claims under Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act. He also represents a publicly traded company in a governmental investigation, working with a team that narrowed the scope of the investigation to reduce the client's compliance burden.

He also defends employers facing discrimination and retaliation claims from employees. Josh helped reach successful resolution of several cases brought by former employees of a major food and beverage manufacturer.

In his pro bono practice, Josh advised a client seeking to organize as a tax-exempt nonprofit under Ohio law and the Internal Revenue Code. Outside of his practice, Josh serves as a debate coach for a local Columbus high school.
