Caleb Redmond’s practice focuses on appellate advocacy and critical motions in novel or complex litigation. He has drafted briefs for cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, nine federal appellate courts, several bankruptcy and district courts, and state courts. Caleb's substantive work covers a range of issues, such as interpreting constitutional, statutory, and contract provisions; analyzing employment law; and advising on strategy in innovative bankruptcies. Caleb has argued cases in three federal appellate courts.
Before rejoining Jones Day in 2021, Caleb clerked for Judge Britt C. Grant at the Eleventh Circuit and then for Judge Richard J. Sullivan at the Second Circuit.
