Priscilla Ruiz advocates for clients in complex civil litigation across state and federal courts. She is experienced in a range of litigation matters and proficient in various stages of the litigation process, including fact investigation, discovery, and the drafting of pleadings and pretrial motions.
Priscilla also maintains an active pro bono practice including representing individuals seeking asylum in the United States.
While in law school, Priscilla served as a law clerk and clinical fellow for the University of Miami Health Rights Clinic. During her tenure at the clinic, she represented several indigent clients in obtaining legal status and public benefits.
