Abby Stout represents clients in complex civil litigation matters through all stages of litigation from trial to appeal.
Abby has been a member of multiple trial teams and has experience in many aspects of discovery and trial preparation, including briefing trial issues, preparing witness examinations, and drafting motions and response briefs. Before joining Jones Day, Abby served as a judicial law clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the Supreme Court of Georgia.
