James Stinehart advises clients on strategic M&A, private equity, and venture capital deals. He has experience working with domestic and international clients on cross-border transactions.

The clients that James represents include public and private companies in life sciences, technology, and a range of other industries, as well as private equity and venture capital funds.

In addition to traditional acquisitions, James assists clients on complex transactions such as recapitalizations and joint ventures. Furthermore, his practice involves advising clients on corporate matters more broadly, including commercial agreements, internal restructurings, and entity formations/dissolutions.
