Patrick Stafford is co-leader of Private Equity for the Firm's Corporate Practice. He has more than 20 years of experience advising financial institutions, sponsors, investors, and their portfolio companies on the full range of corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border buyouts, add-ons and portfolio company representations, growth equity, and venture capital. He acts as principal counsel to several private equity investors and regularly advises technology companies and their investors at every stage of development from early to later-stage financing rounds.
He has advised financial institutions such as Goldman Sachs; private equity investors EagleTree, The Riverside Company, and True Capital; and venture capital investors Index Ventures, Quadrille, Elaia Partners, Sofinnova, Alven, Idinvest, and Passion Capital, among others, as well as advising venture-backed businesses such as Deezer, Criteo, and 360Learning.
