Amanda Vaughn represents clients in a wide range of complex labor and employment matters. Her litigation experience includes claims arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), and other federal and state laws.
Amanda regularly performs employment-related diligence and advises on issues arising out of mergers, acquisitions, and other large transactions. In addition, she has experience conducting internal investigations and counseling clients on compliance with various labor and employment laws. Amanda has significant experience in fact development, managing e-discovery, and motions practice.
Amanda maintains an active pro bono practice as well by counseling nonprofit organizations on employment issues. She also serves on the Indiana University Maurer School of Law Young Alumni Steering Committee.
