Il accompagne principalement des entreprises de croissance (cotées ou non) aux Etats-Unis et en France et les investisseurs qui les financent, notamment dans les secteurs du logiciel, de l'internet et des sciences de la vie, tout au long de leur développement depuis leur création jusqu'à leur cession ou leur introduction en bourse et, au-delà, dans leur vie de sociétés cotées, aux Etats-Unis et en France.

Les entreprises de croissance récemment représentées par Alexandre comptent notamment Back Market, Bene Bono, Bibak, Castor, EcoVadis, Karos, Konvu, OpenClassrooms, Pigment et Sweep, et les investisseurs Chalfen Ventures, Daphni, Earlybird, Eight Roads, Elaia, Elephant, Frst, Hedosophia, henQ, Otium, Partech Ventures, Serena Capital, Singular Capital Partners, Silver Lake, Stride.VC etValar Ventures.

Il est dernièrement intervenu dans le cadre des cessions de Doctrine, Youboox, Alkemics, Easyrecrue, Sentryo et Drivy, des acquisitions d'unifAI par Akeneo, ecotrek par EcoVadis, goFLUX par Karos, Monk par ACV Auctions, Qare par HealthHero et le groupe Optis par ANSYS, Inc, ainsi que des augmentations de capital de plusieurs sociétés cotées sur Euronext et/ou sur le Nasdaq telles que Carmat, Cellectis, Kalray ou encore Verimatrix.

Alexandre a en outre développé une offre novatrice afin d’accompagner les clients du Cabinet, tels que OpenClassrooms ou Sweep, dans leur démarche de labellisation de société à mission et/ou B-Corps.

Avocat aux barreaux de Paris et de New York, Alexandre est diplômé de Cornell University, de l'Université Paris II-Panthéon Assas et de la Faculty of Law (University of Oxford).
