Justin White focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and disputes in state and federal courts. His practice spans a variety of industries and sectors, including energy, technology, and finance. He has experience litigating disputes involving commercial contracts, copyright and false advertising claims, and regulatory enforcement actions.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Justin worked as an energy and commercial litigator at an international law firm, representing clients in matters involving business litigation, regulatory proceedings, trading in energy and commodity markets, and appellate work. He has handled many aspects of civil litigation, including taking and defending depositions, managing discovery, and drafting pretrial and appellate briefs.
