Madison Way focuses her practice on complex civil litigation in federal and state courts, representing clients in commercial disputes, consumer class actions, and matters involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). She has experience in numerous aspects of litigation, including case management, fact investigation and discovery, depositions, and motions practice.
Madison maintains an active pro bono practice, guiding survivors of human trafficking through the vacatur process, representing asylum seekers under the Firm's Border Project, and educating local high school students on current issues in constitutional law.
While in law school, Madison served as a faculty research assistant and as a legal research and writing advisor.
