Alexandre Heydel acts for French and foreign clients in international and private mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, and joint ventures, including multijurisdictional transactions involving coordination of legal teams in multiple countries. He represents corporate clients primarily in the banking, energy, and real estate sectors.
Recent representative matters include Greystar in relation to a joint venture for the development of purpose-built student accommodations in the Greater Paris region; TotalEnergies' acquisition of Fonroche Biogaz; Goldman Sachs' real estate investments in Paris, Le Havre, and Romainville; the setting up for TotalEnergies of joint venture alliances in relation to the transformation of the Grandpuits site; and Société Générale's sale of its equipment finance activities to BPCE for an amount of €1.1 billion.
Alexandre also advises on general corporate matters and has experience in OHADA Law (Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa).
Alexandre has been ranked in The Legal 500 EMEA as a "rising star" in M&A in 2023 and 2024.
