Riley Walters focuses his practice on high-stakes constitutional, regulatory, and political litigation. He also provides strategic counseling and advice to clients on statutory and regulatory compliance.
Before joining Jones Day, Riley served as a law clerk to Judge Carl J. Nichols on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and to Judge James C. Ho on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
