John Bailey represents clients in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. Prior to joining Jones Day in 2024, John served as a law clerk for Judge Trevor N. McFadden of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and for Judge Daniel A. Bress of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
