Nicolas Brice, who is an experienced lawyer and litigator in France, focuses on public law, government contracts, project and infrastructure contracts, regulatory law, and administrative litigation under French and European laws.
Nicolas has extensive experience in the proceedings and execution of procurement contracts and project financing, particularly concession contracts and public-private partnerships (PPPs) related to public utilities and infrastructure. He advises clients in all infrastructure and utilities sectors such as roads, railways, airports, ports, energy and renewable energy, smart grids, e-mobility, telecommunications, transportation, stadiums, museums, and universities. He has broad experience in relationships and negotiations with public bodies and advises clients that include private companies, banks, and administrative and regulatory agencies.
Nicolas handles French and European foreign investments authorization (foreign direct investment [FDI]) in all transactional activities: M&A, capital and financial markets, and real estate. He also handles sector specific regulation primarily in the areas of energy and renewable energy, telecommunications, and transportation.
Nicolas represents clients before administrative courts, both in contractual and extra-contractual litigation, involving the responsibility of administrative agencies.
