Brooke Finnegan represents clients in complex commercial litigation. She has experience in various aspects of discovery and trial preparation, including legal research, document review, deposition research and outlining, motions practice, and prepping witnesses for trial. In addition to her pretrial experience, Brooke was recently staffed on a multiweek trial.
