Alexa Grillis focuses her practice on intellectual property issues in the context of complex transactional matters, particularly mergers and acquisitions and private equity deals. She advises clients on the intellectual property due diligence process, as well as the drafting and negotiation of deal documents involving IP assets across a wide range of industries.
Alexa also has experience counseling clients on restrictive covenant issues, including noncompetition, nonsolicitation, and confidentiality matters. She is committed to helping clients make strategic business decisions by identifying and managing intellectual property risks and opportunities, ensuring that IP considerations are aligned with broader corporate objectives and deal values.
