森が関与した最近の倒産案件には、エルピーダメモリ株式会社の会社更生手続におけるDRAMの設計に必要なソフトウェアのライセンサーの代理人といったものが含まれます。また、15行もの金融機関を巻き込んだ負債総額約430億円の消費者金融会社の私的整理において、先導的な役割を果たし、これを成功させました。倒産法に関連する案件においては、債務者、債権者、再生事業に対する投資家、その他の利害関係人を代理しています。また、東京地方裁判所より継続して破産管財人に選任されています。

森が関与した最近のM&A案件には、油空圧メーカである上場会社に対する公開買付けと株式非公開化において、海外の事業会社を代理して買収手続を進めた案件があります。また、日本の企業のアジアを中心とする海外進出においても、M&Aを含むサポートを行っています。

森は長らく紛争案件に関与しており、国際仲裁の経験も豊富です。最近では、代理店契約の解消を巡る国際仲裁において、代理店側のサポートを行いました。また、過去には薬害訴訟において製薬会社を代理したこともあります。

現在、第一弁護士会に所属しており、全国倒産処理弁護士ネットワークの会員です。また、不動産私募REITの監督役員を務めています。
