Henning Heinrich focuses his practice on non-technical intellectual property matters, including trademark, design, copyright, domain name, know-how, trade secret, and software as well as unfair competition/passing off matters. He has significant trial experience and has represented clients before national and European jurisdictions and institutions. In his litigation, counseling, and transaction work, Henning assists clients on matters relating to advertising, licensing, fighting against piracy and counterfeiting (including customs border seizures), and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, he provides advice and represents clients in a variety of commercial matters.

Henning advises companies seeking corresponding legal advice and representation in a variety of industries, in particular in the sectors of automotive, industrial products and services, consumer products, household goods, beverages, and cosmetics.
