Ephraim Abreu advises clients facing complex commercial disputes, white collar investigations, and varied regulatory matters. Prior to rejoining the Firm in 2025, Ephraim served as an enforcement attorney at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), where he led investigations into potential violations of federal securities laws.
Ephraim's varied experience and multilingual abilities are value-added resources for clients. He has handled matters in Spanish and in Portuguese, and he has worked for clients in the airline, financial, health care, and oil industries. Prior to practicing law, Ephraim worked as a junior banker covering a Latin American clientele at a major financial institution where he held FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
