Allard Carli's practice focuses on a wide variety of cross-border banking and securities transactions. He has experience in secured and unsecured financing transactions, real estate financings, acquisition financings, structure finance, and asset-based lending transactions, as well as in restructurings, acting on behalf of commercial banks, investment banks, private equity sponsors, funds, and corporates.
Notable matters that Allard has recently worked on include the US$590 million and US$455 million sustainability linked revolving credit facilities to Louis Dreyfus Company Suisse SA; the US$140 million cross-border STS trade receivables securitization transaction of the Vibrantz Corporation; and advising Diebold Nixdorf in connection with the US$1.25 billion senior secured superpriority DIP (debtor-in-possession) credit facility, as part of Diebold's emergence from chapter 11 bankruptcy, and other domestic and foreign court-supervised restructuring proceedings.
