He has more than 20 years of experience in a range of sectors, including upstream and downstream energy, mining, project and field development, infrastructure, and mergers and acquisitions.
Adam has assisted clients throughout the whole life cycle of energy and mining projects, including advising on project structuring, farm-ins and farm-outs, tenure, exploration, mining, offtake agreements, joint ventures, state agreements, logistics, energy supply (gas sales, gas transportation, gas swaps, interconnects, tolling agreements, pipeline use terms, virtual gas pipelines, liquified natural gas [LNG] re-gas facilities, storage, power purchase agreements, and renewable arrangements), product sharing contracts, joint operating agreements, asset purchase and divestment, onshore and offshore project development, and facility access and use arrangements. He assists clients in the mining sector on a range of commodities, including gold, iron ore, nickel, spodumene, lithium, mineral sands, vanadium, uranium, rare earths, and iron oxide copper gold.
