She has extensive experience assisting emerging companies with the legal aspects of launching and expanding their online operations in France, whether through in-app platforms or desktop environments.
Hatziri is well-versed in negotiating complex IT (information technology) contracts and managing outsourcing projects, with a particular focus on compliance with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and other cybersecurity requirements applicable to the financial and banking sectors.
Leveraging her strong intellectual property background, Hatziri also supports clients in securing and protecting intellectual property rights in the context of large-scale IT outsourcing and sourcing projects, ensuring their strategic assets are safeguarded throughout the project life cycle.
