Zac Sharpe has extensive experience in complex, international commercial disputes. His practice covers corporate, joint ventures, energy, resources, engineering and construction, licensing, and technology disputes.
Zac spearheads the global disputes team in Singapore, which is described in The Legal 500 as an "exceptional team" combining "litigation strategists and trial practitioners whose file preparation and trial presentation are unparalleled." Zac is recommended by Best Lawyers in Singapore (2025) for construction. Zac has acted as counsel in multibillion dollar disputes and in arbitration proceedings at major arbitration centers across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. He has extensive experience with disputes and parties from Asia, including Southeast Asia, China, Korea, India, and Hong Kong.
Zac's practice also includes advising clients on cross-border litigation, enforcement proceedings, and internal investigations in Southeast Asia and the surrounding region.
