Jeff Messing represents domestic and international companies on a variety of intellectual property matters, with a primary focus on patent litigation in district courts across the country and post-grant proceedings at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Jeff's litigation experience spans a variety of technologies across multiple industries such as telecommunications, electronic circuits, medical devices, child care, and pharmaceuticals. He has experience in all stages of discovery, including working with technical experts, research, and motion practice.
Jeff maintains an active pro bono practice and represents tenants facing eviction. He also has experience in applications, manufacturing, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) engineering gained from working during his undergraduate education.
