Alisha Goel represents clients in civil litigation matters in federal and state courts. Her experience covers commercial disputes related to breach of contract, product liability, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act and spans all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions practice, and trial.
Alisha maintains an active pro bono practice and is involved in community programs. As part of Jones Day's Border Project, Alisha has successfully represented clients fleeing persecution and seeking asylum. She has also assisted in vacating the criminal convictions of survivors of human trafficking and has represented tenants in disputes with their landlords in partnership with the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation. Alisha also volunteers as a high school mock trial attorney coach and serves on the board of directors of a nonprofit organization.
