Spécialisée en droit immobilier, Carol Khoury conseille des investisseurs internationaux ainsi que des utilisateurs dans le cadre de leurs opérations immobilières françaises et internationales. Elle dispose d'une forte expérience en matière d'acquisitions, de cessions et d'opérations de sale-and-lease back d'actifs immobiliers.

Carol Khoury a également une solide expérience en matière de baux commerciaux tant pour des investisseurs que pour des utilisateurs.

Elle conseille des clients français et internationaux, tels que CBRE Global Investment Partners, Pictet Alternative Advisors, Henderson Park, IBM, Total et Sanofi. Parmi les dernières opérations sur lesquelles elle est intervenue figurent la cession des actifs de l'OPCI Logizola par CBRE Global Investment Partners European Co-investment Fund et l'acquisition par Henderson Park Real Estate Fund I de l'hotel Le Méridien Etoile.

Carol Khoury collabore régulièrement avec les équipes Droit fiscal, Fonds d'investissement et Banque et Finance du Cabinet.

Titulaire du diplôme de notaire, Carol Khoury a exercé à Paris au sein d’un office notarial de 1992 à 1999. Elle est membre de l’association ULI (Urban Land Institute).
