Guillaume Monnier conseille les émetteurs et les banques dans le cadre d'opérations de marchés tant en equity qu’en dette ainsi que dans le cadre d'opérations de public M&A. Il intervient notamment en qualité de conseil lors d’introductions en bourse, d’augmentations de capital, de cessions de blocs, d’émissions d’obligations convertibles et/ou échangeables et d’émissions de titres de créance dans le cadre de programmes EMTN et de standalone. En outre, Guilllaume conseille régulièrement des sociétés cotées en France sur leurs obligations d'information périodique et permanente.

Depuis son arrivée chez Jones Day en 2020, Guillaume Monnier est notamment intervenu aux côtés d’émetteurs et de syndicats bancaires dans le cadre d’opérations de marché réalisées par Compagnie des Alpes, Carbios, EDAP TMS, Forsee Power, MedinCell, OSE Immunotherapeutics (augmentations de capital), Alchimie, Forsee Power, Lhyfe, Waga Energy, Spartoo (introductions en bourse), Dee Tech (SPAC), Voltalia (obligations convertibles), Bigben Interactive (obligations échangeables), Bombarbier Inc ou SC de l’Ermitage Saint Joseph (cessions de blocs) et aux côtés de banques présentatrices dans le cadre d'opérations de public M&A telles ques des offres publiques d'achat (Europcar).

Avant de rejoindre Jones Day, Guillaume Monnier a exercé dans un cabinet d’avocats international à Paris.
