A leading mobility industry lawyer with 20 years of experience representing OEMs (original equipment manufacturers), suppliers, electric vehicle and charging companies, and mobility adjacent businesses, Art has served as lead trial counsel in warranty and product liability class actions, antitrust actions, commercial disputes, warranty and cost recovery litigation, adversary proceedings, stop-shipment and troubled-supplier disputes, and M&A litigation.

Art is a trusted advisor to health care industry clients, representing providers and payers in antitrust actions, False Claims Act and Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement actions, affiliation disputes, whistleblower actions, ERISA (Employee Retirement Income Security Act) class actions, and employment disputes.

Art helps cryptocurrency and digital asset companies address novel business and legal issues worldwide.
