Sachin Bhatmuley represents clients in technology licensing and other complex technology-related transactions. Sachin helps clients achieve their business objectives by structuring and negotiating transactions in a broad range of technologies.

Sachin has extensive experience working with licensees and early-state device makers in the 4G/5G wireless communications space. He also has experience litigating complex patent disputes before district courts and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). Sachin has represented clients in software, semiconductors, mobile payments, wireless communications, and 3D-bioprinting litigations.

Prior to his law practice, Sachin was a technology licensing executive at a large technology company, where he established the company's sub-Sahara Africa presence. He also architected, established, and ran the company's Design in India Challenge and its in-house technology incubator. The success of this program led to the program being replicated in the company's other regional offices across Asia. Sachin has worked in multiple countries and has traveled extensively within Africa, Southeast Asia, and Europe.

Sachin also maintains an active pro bono practice representing clients in domestic violence restraining orders (DVROs), guardianship, and immigration matters.

Sachin coaches trial techniques and legal principles to high school students as an attorney coach for the San Diego High School Mock Trial Competition.
