Owen Carpenter is a patent lawyer focused on supporting clients regarding litigation in U.S. District Courts and the International Trade Commission (ITC). Owen has experience with many types of technologies including smart fitness devices, small molecule drugs, and biologics.
Owen has advised clients in multiparty ITC matters and has served as a consultant to other Jones Day lawyers in conjunction with corporate diligence reviews.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2023, Owen externed with the Honorable John R. Adams in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
