Prior to joining Jones Day in 2022, Jack was part of the trial team representing Nikon Corporation that won two significant jury verdicts in the Central District of California within a five-month period, defeating all patent infringement allegations by Carl Zeiss AG and ASML Netherlands B.V.
Jack is also one of only seven lawyers who have served as the patent program judicial clerk at the United States District Court for the Central District of California, where he advised seven judges on hundreds of patent cases and helped to prepare over 100 substantive patent orders, including more than 25 claim construction orders.
