薛强博士是众达律师事务所合伙人。他代表客户处理涉及反垄断法律的各类问题，包括并购审查、政府调查和民事诉讼等。最近的经验包括庞巴迪交通运输业务被阿尔斯通收购，PotashCorp和Agrium对等合并，以及涉及医疗、半导体、汽车和金融业的调查案件。

薛强博士还拥有中国境外竞争法和政府监管的丰富经验，先后于2011年和2012年在欧盟委员会竞争总司和英国公平贸易办公室访问工作。 薛强博士还曾在众达华盛顿办公室的反垄断业务团队和政府管制业务团队（经济制裁、出口管制等）工作。近期，他成功协助某大型中国金融机构在美国处理和一起重大调查有关的法律事务，代理国内某大型运输企业应对美国反垄断调查，促使美国司法部终止调查。此外，薛强博士还就欧盟《外国补贴条例》为客户提供法律意见。

2006年至2014年期间，薛强博士曾在中国反垄断执法机构先后担任多个职务，并参与了2007年《反垄断法》的起草制定和多起重大案件的查办。

薛强博士已发表多篇反垄断和政府管制主题的文章，并经常在国际会议上发表演讲。薛强博士在北京大学和中央财经大学讲授反垄断和政府管制课程，并担任全国企业合规委员会和北京市市场监督管理局的专家。
