My Linh Vu-Grégoire advises corporate and private equity clients on pan-European transactions, going private, takeovers and takeover defenses, corporate governance, restructurings, and carve-outs.
My Linh recently advised the administrative board of Spark Networks SE in the first-ever cross-border restructuring under the German out-of-court restructuring law (StaRUG) and U.S. chapter 15 recognition involving more than $100 million of funded debt issued by a U.S.-based credit fund and guaranteed by other German and U.S. entities. In her 30-year career, she has worked across all sectors and has developed deep knowledge in the energy and infrastructure areas. She advised Electricité de France's (EDF) affiliate, Hynamics, on its inaugural and groundbreaking investment in Germany's hydrogen sector with a targeted 700MW capacity. She also advised EDF on its €4 billion takeover of Edison S.p.A. and the establishment of EDF's €1 billion LNG terminal in Dunkerque, France. Her energy and infrastructure work includes privatizations in different areas of the world and in country exits. In addition, she is known for her cross-border transactional work advising companies on cross-border tender offers. My Linh acted as special international counsel to Nexteer Automotive in its IPO on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. As interim general counsel for a NYSE-listed company, My Linh led the acquisition of a Toronto Stock Exchange-listed company.
She is a founding member and board director of Helen Keller International Europe, a nonprofit organization dedicated to blindness prevention and reducing malnutrition. My Linh is also the advisor to the boards of various growth companies and is active in promoting women founders and investors.
