Jenn Weizenecker has tried high-stakes jury trials throughout the country, including in Florida, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Georgia, New Mexico, and Oregon. She has been a trial team member in more than 25 cases tried to verdict. Her practice focuses on product liability and mass tort defense in federal and state courts. She is experienced in many aspects of tort and commercial litigation, including conducting direct and cross-examinations of expert and fact witnesses, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending expert and fact witness depositions, and preparing expert witnesses. Jenn draws on her engineering background when examining professional experts in scientific, medical, and economic fields. She also has trial experience representing immigrants seeking asylum.
Jenn is a leader in the Atlanta community. As a visiting professor at Georgia Tech, she teaches Judicial Process every spring. She serves on the UNICEF USA Southeast Regional Board and was a 2020 recipient of the Justice Robert Benham Award for Community Service. Jenn is also a Master in the Judge Clarence Cooper American Inn of Court.
Jenn co-chairs the Atlanta Office's Diversity, Inclusion & Advancement Committee.
