Hannah Rose has more than 10 years experience working with investment funds and their investors on a range of fund structures and transactions.
Hannah represents a variety of clients across the private equity, real estate, infrastructure, credit, and venture capital sectors. She has advised a number of sponsors through all stages of a fund's life cycle — from structuring and formation through to asset disposal and liquidation. She also regularly represents investors, including institutional and fund-of-funds investors, in connection with proposed investments in funds as well as co-investment, secondary, and direct investment opportunities.
Hannah has represented first time managers and established sponsors on fundraises ranging from $100 million to more than $2.5 billion. She also advises clients on management arrangements, the structuring of sponsor co-invest, and carried interest arrangements.
Before focusing on investment funds, Hannah worked on numerous private equity and M&A transactions, advising clients on public and private acquisitions and disposals. Her background as a transactional lawyer allows her to seamlessly manage the corporate aspects of complex funds transactions.
