Frau Steininger (geb. Göbbels) berät als Anwältin mit mehr als 25 Jahren Erfahrung und immer mit dem Verständnis für die praktischen Herausforderungen in allen im Zusammenhang mit dem deutschen Arbeitsrecht anfallenden Rechtsfragen. Hiervon erfasst sind neben der laufenden arbeitsrechtlichen Beratung von Personalabteilungen und Geschäftsführungen die Betreuung arbeitsrechtlicher Themen im Zusammenhang mit Unternehmenstransaktionen und Umstrukturierungen, einschließlich Outsourcing – von der Strategieentwicklung bis zur Umsetzung, inklusive der Vertretung vor den Arbeitsgerichten in Verfahren aller Art. Frau Steininger ist Partner in Charge des Münchener Büros.

Außerdem hat Frau Steininger umfangreiche Erfahrung im Hinblick auf Verhandlungen und Streitigkeiten mit Arbeitnehmern und deren Vertretungsorganen, einschließlich damit zusammenhängender Verfahren vor den Arbeitsgerichten und in Einigungsstellen.

Frau Steininger verfügt auch zu Spezialthemen über ein umfangreiches Erfahrungswissen, wie zum Beispiel im Hinblick auf Themen der betrieblichen Altersversorgung oder Scheinselbständigkeitsprüfungen.

Frau Steininger koordiniert die europäische Arbeitsrechtspraxis von Jones Day und organisiert grenzüberschreitende Projekte.
