Danran Li's practice focuses on cross-border M&A, foreign direct investments, joint ventures, private equity investment, and other commercial transactions.

Danran has provided legal services to clients in emerging industries, including health care, biotechnology, and new energy. She has advised foreign investors in setting up wholly foreign-owned enterprises (WFOEs) and joint ventures in China. Danran has also assisted foreign investors on general corporate issues relating to the formation, regulatory approval, labor and employment, and financing of projects.

Danran is a native speaker in Mandarin and is fluent in English.
