Alex Prunka maintains a broad litigation practice, representing a wide variety of clients in state and federal courts across the country, and his experience spans every stage of litigation.

Alex has represented clients in numerous sectors, including technology, manufacturing, energy, pharmaceuticals, and professional sports. He has served as lead counsel in dozens of actions alleging violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

While Alex has a particular focus on consumer and class action litigation, he has represented clients in business and insurance disputes, bankruptcy litigation, and toxic tort matters. He has significant experience with pretrial discovery, as well as extensive research and briefing experience at the trial and appellate levels.

Alex maintains an active pro bono practice, regularly representing litigants in housing and civil disputes referred from the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland.
