罗石执业经验广泛,代理北美、欧洲、亚洲和澳洲客户经办在中国的跨境并购、外商直接投资、商业交易等项目。罗石来华工作已有十六年,代理客户经办的业务领域有金融服务、房地产、能源和资源、生命科学、技术、基础设施和制造业等。罗石还曾代理中国国有企业和私有制企业,经办其在澳洲和全球其他地区的海外收购和各类其他项目。

罗石的代表性交易包括就以下项目提供法律咨询建议:某主权财富基金作为财团的一成员以90.5亿澳元收购在澳洲证交所上市的Asciano Ltd;某中国国企就其在一家煤炭勘探上市公司的投资相关诉讼;许多外国投资商收购并处置其在中国的不良资产;许多全球房地产开发商和金融机构收购、经营并出售其在中国的一系列住宅、零售、工业和混合用途的房地产项目;以及中国和国际资源公司在非洲、澳洲和中国的各类项目。
